Important deadlines 

5 April 2011 - End of Tax and PAYE year.

19 April 2011 - All PAYE Tax & National Insurance for 2010 to be fully paid.

19 May 2011 - P35's, P14's and other year forms to be electronically filed by this date. Penalty of £100 per month for failure to do so. If you require our assistance preparing and submitting your form P35, please forward your wages records to us at the latest by 1 May 2011. A form P35 must be submitted even if it is a "nil" return.  

6 July 2011 - P11d benefit in kind forms to be submitted to HMRC. Penalty of £100 per month for failure to do so. Again, If you require our assistance completing and submiting your P11D's, please forward all details of benefits in kind to us at the latest by 6 June 2011.

31 July 2011 - Deadline for filing late 2010 Tax Returns to avoid another £100 penalty on each late return. Second payment on account due for 2010/11.

31 January 2012 - Deadline for filing 2010 Tax Returns to avoid £100 penalties on each late return, together with an increased likelihood of HMRC enquiry for those not submitted by the due date. New penalties apply if the return is 3 months late or later. Please see budget 2011 news page for details. Please forward your complete records to us by 1 September 2011 and we will guarantee to submit your Tax Returns by the filing date. All Tax returns are prepared on a first in first out basis. Please note that where records are received very late and as a result we incur additional costs in order to meet the deadline, we reserve the right to charge a premium fee.
